摘  要:为研究不同断奶日龄对仔猪肝脏热休克蛋白70(Hsp70)、热休克蛋白90(Hsp90)和热休克蛋白27(Hsp27)基因表达的影响,试验选取体重相近的24头健康杜长大仔猪,按4种断奶日龄(14日龄、21日龄、28日龄和35日龄)随机分为4个处理组,每组包含6个重复,仔猪42日龄时全部处死取样,用RT-PCR方法检测肝脏中上述基因的相对表达水平。结果表明,在4组断奶日龄仔猪肝脏中,14日龄断奶组Hsp70mRNA的相对表达量显著高于28和35日龄断奶组(P<0.05),显著低于21日龄断奶组(P<0.05);14和21日龄断奶组Hsp90mRNA的相对表达量均显著高于28和35日龄断奶组(P<0.05);14日龄断奶组的Hsp27mRNA的相对表达量均显著高于21、28和35日龄断奶组(P<0.05)。结果提示,断奶日龄显著影响仔猪热休克蛋白基因的表达,且随断奶日龄的推迟,HSPs mRNA的相对表达量呈下降趋势。In order to study the influence of different weaning ages on the gene expression of heat shock protein 70(Hsp70),heat shock protein 90(Hsp90)and heat shock protein 27(Hsp27)of piglet's liver,24 healthy piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshine)of similar weight were selected and divided into 4groups(14dweaned piglets,21 dweaned piglets,28 dweaned piglets and 35 dweaned piglets)randomly.There were 6replications in each group.All piglets were slaughtered at 42days' age and their liver samples were acquired.The relative gene expression of mRNA in liver was measured by RT-PCR.The results showed that the relative expression of Hsp70 mRNA in 14 dweaned group was significantly higher than that in 28 d and 35 dweaned group(P〈0.05),but significantly lower than that in 21 dweaned group(P〈0.05);the relative expressions of Hsp 90 mRNA in 14 dand 21dweaned group were significantly higher than that in 28 dand 35dweaned group(P〈0.05);the relative expressions of Hsp27 mRNA in 14 dweaned group were significantly higher than other groups(P〈0.05).The results indicate that relative expression of HSPs mRNA was affected markedly and showed a downward trend in general.
