摘 要:根据有机产品生产国家标准制定出有机动物生产风险评估体系的各级指标,进行风险值赋值,并通过专家打分法确定各级指标权重,以计算出有机动物生产过程中总体和一级风险因素的风险范围和制定风险等级。同时分析有机动物生产过程中的关键风险因素,为降低有机动物生产风险以及认证检测提供科学依据。The indices at various levels of the risk assessment system for organic animal production was established based on the national standard for organic production,and the weights of each indices were determined by expert scoring method.Risk values were assigned for all procedures involved in the organic animal production process,combined with the weights of indicators at all levels,they can be used to calculate the risk boundaries and levels of organic animal production process in general and at the first level.They can also be used to analyze key risk factors involved in organic animal production,which provides a scientific basis for risk reduction and the certification of organic animal production processes.
