摘 要:为了探究PVC结皮发泡复合塑料模板在水泥水化热及施工荷载耦合作用下的力学性能和变形性能,将塑料模板的支撑间距设置为150mm,并在恒定荷载下对模板进行升降温试验研究,获得了不同温度状态下的挠度和应变,探究了模板的变形规律,以及温度和荷载对残余变形的影响,并对模板的热变形性能提出改良建议.研究表明:PVC结皮发泡塑料模板在5kN/m2的固定荷载作用下的弹性极限温度为60℃,模板在低于此荷载和温度的情况下有良好的工作性能.In order to research the mechanical and deformation properties of the PVC foamed plastic plate under the cement hydration heat and the constant load, the wale is designed at the distance of 150 mm,and the plate suffered the elevating temperature under constant load. Then the deflection and the strain at elevating temperature are gained and the achieve-ments including the deformation law and the effects of temperature and stress on residual strain are obtained. The suggestions for improving the heat distortion property of plastic plate are advanced. The results indicate that the maximum temperature to ensure deforma-tion recovery at 5 kN/m2 is 60℃ and PVC foamed plastic plate works well within the limits of load and temperature.
