摘  要:小麦赤霉病是我国小麦主产区的重要病害之一,能造成小麦产量降低和品质下降。其抗性属于数量性状遗传,能直接应用于生产的抗源较少,亟需寻找新的抗源。目前小麦近缘属野生植物抗赤霉病研究及远缘杂交技术已经取得了一定的进展,这对小麦抗赤霉病育种具有深远的意义。为此,对小麦近缘属野生植物抗赤霉病研究情况及远缘杂交技术进行综述,并对小麦抗赤霉病育种进行展望。Fusarium head blight( FHB) causes grain yield reductions and quality losses,and is one of the most important diseases in the main planting areas of wheat. The resistance to FHB is controlled by many loci,and there are limited sources of FHB resiatance that can be applied to agriculture production. Therefore,it is urgent to find new sources of it. In recent years,significant progress has been made on the researches in distant hybridization and FHB resistance in wild relatives of wheat,which is very important to wheat breeding for FHB resistance. In this paper,we review and discuss the research progress on distant hybridization and FHB resistance in wild relatives of wheat,and also envision the new trend of wheat breeding for FHB resistance.
