超声引导联合米索前列醇在无痛人流术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导联合米索前列醇在无痛人流术中的应用效果。方法将166例早孕自愿终止妊娠的患者按治疗方法不同分为2组:对照组83例在超声引导下行无痛人流术;观察组83例在超声引导下联合米索前列醇行无痛人流术。比较2组的手术情况、宫颈扩张情况及术后并发症发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间、术中出血量与丙泊酚用量及术后苏醒时间均显著减少(P<0.05),宫颈松弛度明显提高(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论超声引导联合米索前列醇行无痛人流术对于早孕疗效确切,安全性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound guidance combined with misoprostol in painless induced abortion.Methods A total of 166 women were randomly assigned to receive voluntary termination of early pregnancy by using ultrasound-guided procedure alone（control group,n=83）or in combination with misoprostol（observation group,n=83）.Operation condition,cervical dilatation and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,operation time and postoperative recovery time were shortened,cervical dilatation degree was increased,and propofol dosage,intraoperatve blood loss and incidence of postoperative complications were decreased in observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of ultrasound guidance and misoprostol is effective,safe and valuable for painless induced abortion.
