变应性鼻炎患者血清IgE、IgG4水平的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)血清免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)、免疫球蛋白G4(immunoglobulin G4,IgG4)水平的变化及临床意义。方法使用全自动酶标仪(酶联免疫吸附试验法)检测30例AR患者(AR组)、30例非变应性鼻炎(non-allergic rhinitis,NAR)患者(NAR组)及30例健康体检者(正常对照组)血清IgE、IgG4的水平。结果与正常对照组、NAR组比较,AR组血清IgE、IgG4水平均明显升高(均P<0.05)。结论 IgE、IgG4在AR患者血清中含量均明显升高,IgE、IgG4在AR的发病机制中起重要的作用。Objective To investigate the changes in serum immunoglobulin E（IgE）and immunoglobulin G4（IgG4）and their clinical significance in patients with allergic rhinitis（AR）.Methods SerumIgE and IgG4 levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）in30patients with AR,30 patients with non-allergic rhinitis（NAR）,and 30 healthy controls.Results Serum IgE and IgG4 levels in AR group were significantly higher than those in control group and NAR group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum levels of IgG4 and IgE increase in AR patients,suggesting that they play an important role in the pathogenesis of AR.
