摘　　要：为了避免地震带来的严重损失,以地震为研究主体,分析基于地震数据的地震应急指挥管理信息系统,根据系统数据制定合理的方案,尽最大努力降低灾害带来的损失,以此保障社会发展。In order to avoid the serious losses caused by earthquakes, this paper analyzed earthquake emergency com-mand management information system based on seismic data, made reasonable plans according to system data, and made the best efforts to reduce the losses caused by the earthquake, so as to guarantee the social development.
