摘　　要：通过对水污染应急监测及应急监测技术存在问题的分析,阐述建立应急监测技术支持系统、优化应急监测系统对完善应急监测预案的重要作用,以期为避免重大污染灾害发生提供决策依据。Through the analysis of the problems of water pollution emergency monitoring and emergency monitoring technology, this paper expounded the importance role of the establishment of emergency monitoring technology sup- port system and the optimization of emergency monitoring system, in order to take preventive measures to avoid the occurrence of major pollution disasters.
