摘 要:详细分析了Buck型三电平AC/AC变换器拓扑结构和工作原理,提出了一种在联合输出电压和飞跨电容电压控制的基础上结合输入电压极性判断的控制策略,实现了输出电压和飞跨电容电压的闭环控制,并研制原理样机对该控制策略进行了验证。实验结果表明,采用该控制策略的Buck型三电平AC/AC变换器具有结构简单、易于实现、波形品质好等优点。该变换器相比于其两电平变换器,可以使开关管的电压应力减小一半,并大大减小输出滤波器的大小,适用于高压大功率场合。The topology and operation principle of Buck type three-level(TL)AC/AC converter were analyzed indetail. Besides,the control strategy was proposed,which adjusted the input voltage polarity based on the control ofcombining output voltage and flying capacitor voltage to achieve the close-loop control of output voltage and flyingcapacitor voltage. At the same time,a prototype converter was built to verify the correctness and feasibility of theabove-mentioned control strategy,and the experiment results show that the Buck type three-level converter with thiscontrol strategy has many advantages such as simple structure,easy implementation,good output waveforms,et al. Inaddition,compared with the Buck type two-level converter,the voltage-stress of switches of this converter is reducedhalf,and the output filter can be significantly reduced,so this converter is suitable for high voltage and large powerfield.
