外商直接投资对区域内技术创新的影响研究——基于河北省2007—2013年面板数据的实证

摘　　要：利用河北省2007—2013年地区面板数据,运用计量方法实证分析外商直接投资对区域内技术创新的影响程度及其大小。研究发现:外商直接投资对河北省技术创新存在正溢出效应,经济发展水平、基础设施建设、人力资本存量等因素对外商直接投资溢出效应起到促进作用而贡献度较小,本地企业类型虽然表现出对外商直接投资溢出效应有促进作用但并不显著。基础设施建设与人力资本存量要素在外商直接投资溢出效应的作用方面,贡献度大大高于其他要素的水平。By taking advantage of the metering method,the paper empirically analyzes the influence degree and its size of the foreign direct investment（FDI） in the region,through the panel data of Hebei province from 2007 to 2013.The result shows that FDI has a positive spillover effect on technological innovation; and the level of economic development,infrastructure construction, human capital stock as well as other factors present a smaller contribution to FDI＇s spillover effect; the local enterprises shows the promotion too, but not significant. However, the contribution of infrastructure construction and human capital stock are obviously larger than the other factors.
