摘 要:芦苇根系生长情况决定芦苇产量及其在湿地生态系统中的作用。根系生长受外界条件制约,为研究造纸废水对芦苇根系的影响,采用辽宁盘锦某造纸厂排污口废水,根据其原始CODcr浓度配置50,175,300mg·L^(-1),分别在芦苇发芽期、展叶期、快速生长期、抽穗期和成熟期5个生长期灌入不同浓度造纸废水,取样冲洗后测定芦苇的根系形态指标。结果表明:不同浓度灌溉下,造纸废水灌溉组芦苇根系的长度、面积、体积、平均直径和根尖数比对照组增加最高值依次为213.45cm,45.44cm^2,28.34cm3,0.55cm,879个;不同生长期灌溉下,造纸废水灌溉组芦苇的根系形态指标比对照组增加最高值依次为42.26cm,12.75cm^2,5.17cm3,0.41cm,1057个。CODcr浓度为175mg·L^(-1)的废水灌溉后,芦苇根系长度、面积、体积和平均直径均与对照组差异显著(p<0.05),根尖数差异不显著;不同时期灌溉下造纸废水对芦苇根系的长度、平均直径和根尖数的影响显著(p<0.05),对面积和体积影响不显著。且除根尖数以外的4项指标均在快速生长期灌入废水达最大值。说明在适当生育期灌溉适宜浓度造纸废水可促进芦苇根系生长。Reed (Phragmites Australis) root growth decides the yield of reed in wetland ecosystem. Root growth is restricted by external conditions,but the effects of papermaking waste water on reed root development have little been reported. We irrigated reed with papermaking wastewater in 3 different concentrations (CODcr, 50,175,300 mg·L-1) to study root morphology indices of 5 growing periods (germination, development, fast growing, heading and maturation period). The results showed that the root length area, volume and average diameter of reed in the treatment group were higher than the control group by the maximum value of 213.45cm, 45.44cm2, 28.34cm3, 0.55cm,879 under different concentrations irrigation. Compared with the control group for 175mg·L-1 treatment, the root length, area, volume and average diameter were significant difference (p〈0.05). Influence of different growing period irrigation on root length, average diameter and root tip number was significant difference (p 〈0.05). Except the root tip numbers, the other 4 indices reached the maximum in the fast growth stage of papermaking wastewater irrigation. Above descriptions illustrated that papermaking wastewater irrigation of suitable concentration promotes the growth of reed roots in proper growth period.
