摘　　要：体育智库要定位准确,就能很好发挥体育科学决策的"外脑"、体育理论创新的"先导"和引领体育社会舆论的"风向标"的作用。体育智库要加强内涵建设,努力把研究成果由文章变成文件、由谋划融入规划、由对策影响决策,就会在建设体育强国中,增强决策影响力、社会影响力、学术影响力、国际影响力,也会全力推动自身协调发展、内涵发展、特色发展、创新发展、开放发展和可持续发展。A sports think tank should be oriented accurately, and then it will well exert such functions as ＂the external brain＂ for sports scientific decision making, ＂the vanguard＂ of sports theory innovation and ＂the wind vane＂ for guiding sports social opinions. For a sports think tank, the builder should strengthen its connotation construction, strive to turn research achievements from articles into documents, blend planning into plans, and influence decision making with measures, then the sports think tank will, in constructing a sports powerful country, reinforce decision influence, social influence, academic influence and international influence, and in an all-out way, boost its own harmonious development, connotation development, feature development, innovation development, opening development and sustainable development.
