摘 要:目的:探究3D打印技术在股骨髁上骨折诊断及治疗的应用研究。方法:回顾性分析2013年1月-2015年9月收治的3例股骨远端骨折患者资料,平均年龄45.6(19-68)岁,所有患者均为闭合性新鲜骨折。借助于螺旋CT及医学影像控制系统Mimics16.0的帮助下,利用3D打印技术,制作患者股骨远端的骨折模型,然后通过模型确定骨折分型,指导手术治疗。结果:3例患者的手术时间平均为(68.7±13.7)min、出血量平均为(182±21.1)m L,股骨远端骨折术后优良率为100.0%。结论:借助3D打印技术所制作骨远端实物模型,术前可模拟手术操作,明确骨折类型,利于精确诊断及顺利完成术前制定个体化的手术方案,应用前景广阔。Objective: To research the significance of the 3D printing technology in the diagnosis and treatment of distal femoral fractures. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 3 patients with distal femoral fractures from January 2013 to September 2015, whose average age is 45.6 (19-68), all patients were closed and fresh fractures. with the help of the aid of CT and medical imaging control system Mimics16.0 and the help of using 3D printing technology, making patients with distal femoral fracture model, and then use the model to determine fracture classification, to guide the surgery. Results: The operation average time of six patients is (68.7±13.7)min, the intraoperative average bleeding is(182±21.1)ml, the excellent rate of postoperative is 100.0%. Conclusion: by analyzing and watching the distal femoral fracture mock-ups which is created for 3D printing technology, the mock-ups can be simulated operation, judge fracture type, be accurately diagnosed and preoperative setting individualized operation scheme Smoothly, the application prospect is wide in the future.
