摘　　要：目的:优化手术病人转运业务流程,提高护理质量。方法:设置关键业务节点,以手术申请为依托,构建手术病人转运闭环管理信息系统。结果:实现规范化、标准化、系统化的三大信息化手术病人转运流程,使医疗信息高度共享,实现全流程闭环管理。结论:促进护理质量管理模式由事后监督向事前预防的转变,降低病人的医疗风险,提升护理质量,提高了病人满意度。Objective To optimize the operation process and improve the quality of nursing. Methods： To set up the key business nodes, and to build the closed loop management information system of the operation patients. Results： To achieve standardization, standardization, systematization of the three major information operation patient transfer process, so that medical information is highly shared, to achieve closed-loop management of the whole process. Conclusion： The promotion of nursing quality management mode from the expost supervision to prevent the change, reduce the patient＇s medical risk, improve the quality of care, improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
