摘　　要：目的:基于TOPSIS法、密切值法、综合指数法、层次分析法、秩和比法等常用质量评价方法,建立一个方便、自动的实验室检验质量综合评价系统,提升实验室管理质量和效率。方法:系统可通过数据导入或手工录入的方式前端采集质量指标数据,采取不同的评价方法模型自动得出评价结果及排序,并将中间数据和最终结果导出以供后续分析。结果:本系统操作方便,数据采集全面信息化,自动实现指标评价,能全面客观反映实验室质量的真实情况。结论:综合评价系统的实现,减轻了实验室质量管理人员的工作量,对医院不同阶段的各项指标选取不同的方法进行自动化评价分析对比,保证指标数据的及时性和准确性,提高了实验室管理方面的质量和效率。Objective： Developing a convenient, automated hospital laboratory quality comprehensive evaluation system based on TOPSIS method, Close-Value Method, Synthetical Index Method, Analytic Hierarchy Process Method, Rank-sum ratio method to improve management quality and efficiency. Methods： The system can import data into or through manual entry way to the front-end data acquisition quality indicators, it evaluate the results obtained and sorted according to different evaluation methods, and export the results of evaluation of each step. Result： The system is easy to operate with a comprehensive data collection of information, automatically index evaluation. It comprehensively and objectively reflects the real situation of laboratory quality. Conclusion： The implement of a comprehensive evaluation system can reduce the workload of laboratory quality management personnel. It provides the indicators selected hospitals at different stages of evaluation of different methods for automated analysis and comparison and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data indicators to improve the experiment room management quality and efficiency.
