摘　　要：区域化消毒中心是指可对区域内多家医疗机构的医疗器械进行接收、清洗、消毒、灭菌、发放功能的消毒供应中心。区域化消毒中心的概念最早起源于21世纪的英国,此后,这种模式在国内外都得到了迅速发展。本文简述了区域性消毒供应中心历史发展情况,根据国内外相关研究报道,总结了区域化集中管理要素,并综合相关研究对各个要素进行了较为全面的分析与阐述。Regional central sterile supply department refers to the sterile supply center that can receive, clean, sterilize, disinfect and hand out medical apparatus and instruments to various medical institutes within the region. This concept originated in the 21^（st）century in UK, hereafter, such mode has been developed rapidly both at home and abroad. This article briefly introduced the historical development of regional central sterile supply department, summed up the required elements of regional centralized management based on relevant studies, with each element comprehensively analyzed and elaborated.
