摘 要:目的设计基于智能手机APP的重症患者生命体征监测系统,实时监测重症患者生命体征数据,使医护人员随时掌握重症患者生命体征的变化信息。方法依据现有智能手机APP的实用性强、适用性广的特点,设计监测重症患者生命体征所需的信号处理单元、网络单元和手机端APP应用软件。结果系统急救设备信息读取装置可实时读取重症患者生命体征监测数据,由信号转换器传输到服务器存储,利用现有的4G网络显示于智能手机APP平台。结论基于手机APP的移动医疗系统,对重症患者监护监测具有发展前景。Objective To design a vital sign monitoring system for patients in ICU based on smart phone APP so as to perform real-time monitoring of vital signs of patients in ICU and make medical stuff have a real-time command of changes in vital sign information. Methods In terms of the good practical applicability and wide-range adoption of smart phone APP, the required key technologies about signal processing unit, a network element and mobile terminal APP software application were designed. Results The information reading device of the first aid device could read real-time vital sign monitoring data of critical patients, which was transmitted to the server by the signal converter and were displayed on the APP platform of the intelligent mobile phone via the existing 4G network. Conclusion The mobile medical system based on mobile phone APP had a development prospect for intensive care monitoring.
