支付宝在医院门诊支付中的应用与优势

摘　　要：为了解决就诊者在就诊过程中不必要的排队等候环节问题,我院通过对业务流程进行分析,引入了支付宝移动支付的方式对门诊流程进行了优化。支付宝在线服务使就诊过程中的支付环节不必再耗费大量的时间排队;诊中实现智能候诊、就诊者不受时间、地点限制进行缴费、查询报告;诊后可对就诊医生进行评价。支付功能实现门诊流程的全覆盖,使得就诊方式更加智能与人性化。In order to solve unnecessary waiting in line in the process of outpatient service, after analyzing the business process, our hospital introduces Alipay mobile payments to optimize the outpatient service process. The Alipay online service saves patient＇s queuing time, realizes intelligent awaiting diagnosis that payments and report query are not restricted by time and place. In addition, patients can make comments after seeing a doctor. This payment function realizes full coverage of outpatient service process, which is intelligent and user-friendly.
