网络众创平台雇主与威客的智能耦合协同研究

摘　　要：近年来我国网络众创业发展态势步入了瓶颈阶段,网络众创平台上存在雇主与威客匹配度低、耦合协同功能缺失的问题,需增强雇主与威客智能耦合协同功能。在众创平台可以导入两种智能耦合协同运行机制:基于威客相似度的协同过滤智能推送和基于任务相似度的协同过滤智能推送,建构智能耦合协同的流程模型,该模型贯穿智能推荐配送、智能撮合订约、智能协同完成任务、智能验货结算、智能雇佣关系评价及提升等五阶段。进而,评析国内众创平台领先者猪八戒、一品威客雇主与威客智能耦合协同的智商水平,分析其优劣势并提供构建具有增强智能型耦合协同功能的新一代众创平台的策略建议。In recent years,the crowd innovation network platform is stepping into the bottleneck stage. The troubles are the low matching degree between employers and witkey,and the loss of coupling and coordination function. Therefore,it is necessary to enhance intelligent coupling and coordination function between employer and witkey. There are two mechanisms that could be induced in that platform,one is the mechanism of collaborative filtering mechanism based on same witkey,the other is the mechanism of collaborative filtering intelligent push based on task similarity. The process of intelligent coupling and coordination is composed by intelligent recommending,automatic match system,coordinated to conduct the task,automated billing,evaluation new client- vendor relationships. Moreover,we analyze the crowd innovation platform,like Zhubajie,Epweike,including evaluating their intelligence quotient of the function of intelligent coupling cohesion,assessing their strengths and weaknesses. At last we put forward some suggestions for them.
