摘  要:采用有机合成方法制备反应型紫外线吸收剂2-羟基-4-(3-甲基丙烯酸酯基-2-羟基丙氧基)二苯甲酮(BPMA)。利用制得的BPMA,以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粉体为基材,进行预辐照接枝反应,制得PVDF-g-BPMA。预辐照实验中PVDF的辐照剂量为15 k Gy,在流变仪中的熔融接枝反应温度为190℃,反应时间为6 min,转速为50 r/min。通过核磁共振氢谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热、广角X射线衍射以及紫外–可见光谱等对PVDFg-BPMA进行结构表征与紫外线吸收性能测试。结果表明,BPMA成功接枝到PVDF上,接枝率达7.04%。接枝后PVDF的结晶度降低,但晶型未发生改变。相比于未接枝的PVDF,PVDF-g-BPMA薄膜在280~340 nm波长内的紫外光透过率降至0.27%以下,表现出优异的紫外线吸收性能,同时与PVDF/BPMA复合膜相比,其经乙醇抽提48 h后的紫外线吸收性能没有明显变化,表明PVDF预辐照接枝BPMA有效防止了紫外线吸收剂在PVDF内的外迁移。Reactive ultraviolet absorber 2-hydroxy-4-(3-methacryloxy-2-hydroxylpropoxy)benzophenone (BPMA) was pre-pared through organic synthesis. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) powder was chosen as the base material,and grafted with the synthesized BPMA through pre-irradiation grafting polymerization method for preparing PVDF-g-BPMA. In the experiment of pre-irradiation, the radiation dose of PVDF was 15 kGy and melt grafting reaction was carried out at a temperature of 190℃ for 6 min with rotational speed of 50 r/min in rheometer. The structure and ultraviolet absorption property of PVDF-g-BPMA were character-ized by 1H–NMR,FTIR, DSC, WAXD and UV-vis. The results demonstrate that BPMA is successfully grafted into PVDF powder and the grafting ratio reaches 7.04%. After grafting, the crystallinity of PVDF powder decreases, but the crystal form is not changed. Compared with the ungrafted PVDF,the UV transmittance of PVDF-g-BPMA ?lm decreases to less than 0.27% in the wavelength range of 280–340 nm, which shows excellent ultraviolet absorption property through graft polymerization. What’ s more, compared with the PVDF/BPMA composite ?lm,the ultraviolet absorption property of PVDF-g-BPMA ?lm has no obvious change after ex-tracted by alcohol for 48 h, which indicates that pre-irradiation grafting method is an effective method to prevent migration of ultra-violet absorber in PVDF.
