摘  要:介绍了加热炉改造中所采用的蓄热燃烧技术的原理、改造前后两种燃烧方式技术性能的比较以及改造方案的内容。经测试,其各温度状态下的保温精度均能满足工艺最大保温允差,炉窑运行过程中的各类性能参数也均优于区域内的其他炉座,节能率更是高达35%以上。This paper introduces the principle of the regenerative combustion technology adopted in the transformation of heating furnace, comparison of the technical performance of the two combustion modes before and after the transformation and content of the transformation program. Tests showed that the accuracy of temperature insulation under each temperature condition of the process could meet the maximum insulation tolerance, various performance parameters of furnace operation process was better than other zones in the furnace unit and more than 35% of energy saving rate was achieved.
