摘　　要：旨在研究开发一套能提供集建议提供、政务咨询、投诉、诉求处理为一体的民生服务体系.所开发的基于云计算的电子民生服务平台将实现政府内部各个单位之间电子民生平台数据的自动流转,同时包括电子工单的自动督促回复、及时回访投资热线等功能.真正在技术和体制的保障下实现"民有所呼,我有所应",社会效益显著.The paper mainly studies the electronic livelihood service platform,based on cloud computing,which can provides integrated services such as suggestion,government consultation,complaint,appealing and so on. It can realize the automatic transfer of electronic livelihood platform data among various units within the government. Meanwhile,it can also realize the automatic supervise,recovery of electronic work orders,and timely return investment hotline. Under the protection of technical and institution,our platform can achieve the aim that ＂if people have any wanted we will provide it in time＂,and the social benefits of our platform is remarkable.
