摘　　要：网络是公众获取高校信息的重要渠道。我国1 219所本科高校中,不同地域、不同办学层次的高校开设信息公开网站的数量差距较大。部分高校的信息公开网站流于形式,未发布实质性的信息,存在限制信息公开范围,公开不及时等现象。建议完善我国高校信息公开网站建设的标准,建立高校信息公开网站的评估机制,提升信息公开网站管理人员的专业水平,增强社会公众的信息公开权利意识。With the development of information technology, the Internet has become a vital channel where the public can access information of universities. The proportion of Chinese undergraduate universities setting up information disclosure websites is low. There is a regional discrepancy in the proportion of universities information disclosure websites, and there are also significant differences that exist in different layers of universities. Some universities＇ information disclosure websites become a mere formality, not releasing substantial information. Besides, there is a limitation in the scope of university information disclosure. Therefore, this paper suggests the improvement strategies from the perspectives of government, universities and the public, such as refining construction standards, establishing an evaluation mechanism, and strengthening the public＇s information right consciousness.
