摘 要:缺血预适应(ischemic preconditioning,IPC)是指通过1次或反复多次短暂、低强度的缺血预处理能减轻和抵抗随后长时间的缺血、缺氧造成的组织损伤。前期研究集中于血流丰富、易受缺血损伤的器官,如心、脑、肾。近年来对模型构建、机制研究、临床应用都作了进一步的深入研究。本研究对缺血预适应研究进展及其在肾脏中的应用前景作一综述。Ischemic preconditioning (IPC) is a process where by once or repeated short and low intensity of IPC inreducing and protecting the subsequent long-term tissue damage caused by ischemia and anoxia. The previous researches werefocused on organs with rich of blood supply and vulnerable to ischemic damage such as the heart, brain and kidney. The furtherunderstanding of the model construction, mechanism, clinical applications were made in recent years. This study is the reviewof the research progress of ischemic preconditioning and its clinial application prospect in kidney.
