集体林权制度改革对临安市森林生态系统的影响

摘　　要：以浙江省临安市的森林生态系统为研究对象,选择1984年林业"三定"、1999年林权主体多元化和2004年集体林权主体改革完成三个时间结点,定量分析集体林权制度改革对森林生态功能的影响。结果表明:集体林权改革后,临安市森林生态系统总价值上升,但是直接物质产出功能呈现为上升后略下降,森林生态系统的直接产出的结构更加多样化;生态环境功能总价值和单位面积的生态环境功能的价值,随时间的变化呈上升趋势,而不同生态环境功能价值随时间变化差异很大;森林生态功能价值呈多样化发展。There is still a great gap in research on forest ecosystem service changes due to the forestry propertyright reform. Therefore,in order to bridge this gap,we took Linran for example to focus on it from theperiod of 1984 -2004. The main results are as follows：since the forestry property right reform,the total valueof forest ecosystem services in Linran has been increasing,but the detailed ecosystem services are completelydifferent. The direct products present the trend of u increasing in the beginning and then decreasing^,with various different forest products. The total value of forest ecosystem services presented the increasingtrend during this period,as well as the value per area,but the change of each forest ecosystem servicepresented significant differences. Furthermore,forest ecosystem services presented the diversity trend.
