革命老区精神传承及生态文明新区建设研究

摘　　要：革命老区既是一个人文地理概念,也是一个经济地理概念;老区精神既不等同于中国共产党的革命精神,也不是各个根据地精神的总汇,而是红色基因与时代精神的集成;革命老区发展的出路既不在于继续发展农耕文明,也不是追赶工业文明,而是要在大力弘扬老区精神,打造精神文明高地,增强老区发展内生动力的同时,铸造绿色科技体系,围绕低碳经济发展,培养创业创新人才,争创生态文明新区,实现老区经济文化社会的跨越式发展。the old revolutionary base areas is not only a concept of human geography,is also a concept of economic geography;Old revolutionary spirit is not equal to the revolutionary spirit of the communist party of China,also is not the spirit of each base company but red gene integration with the spirit of the time; Way out of the development of old revolutionary base areas are neither is to continue to develop the farming civilization,nor run after industrial civilization,but to vigorously carry forward the revolutionary spirit,building heights of spiritual civilization,strengthen the development of endogenous power in old at the same time,the casting system of green technology,around a low carbon economy development,develop their creative talents,creating the new ecological civilization,realize the leapfrog development of social economy culture in old.
