摘 要:针对如何实现舰艇编队防空火力分配方案生成及优选的问题,研究现有方法存在的不足,采用列举与相似排除相结合的方法和多属性决策方法,构建了火力分配方案遍历、筛选的方法步骤和基于逼近于理想解的排序方法的火力分配方案优选算法。实例应用表明:该方法能够考察所有火力分配方案,并综合考虑作战效能和成本,迅速准确地确定最优火力分配方案,为作战指挥辅助决策提供定量分析支持。Aiming at how to create and select weapon-target assignment projects,the deficiency of existed methods is studied,similar eliminating method and multi-attribute decision making method are used to build the traversing and riddling process for weapon-target assignment projects and the algorithm for selecting weapon-target assignment projects based on TOPSIS.Case application indicates that this method can review all weapon-target assignment projects and determine the optimum weapon-target assignment project rapidly and exactly after comprehensively considering efficiency and cost,it can offer quantitatively analyze support to aided decision making for operational command.
