摘　　要：针对企业实施绿色供应链管理(GSCM)的可行性评估问题,提出一种基于模糊评价的评估方法 .首先,根据大量文献和实地调查确定GSCM的影响因素,并组建一个专家委员会,对各因素之间的关系作出三角模糊评价.然后,利用决策与试验评价实验室方法分析各因素之间的相关性,获得各因素的重要性权重.接着,基于一个企业的实际情况,专家对该企业成功实施GSCM中各因素的贡献作出模糊评价,并利用多准则决策(MCDM)方法获得贡献评级.最后,根据重要性权重与贡献评级获得最终的成功实施GSCM的可行性概率值.For the issue that the feasibility evaluation of implementing green supply chain management（GSCM）,a new evaluation scheme based on fuzzy evaluation is proposed.First,the influence factors of GSCM are determined according to a large number of literatures and field surveys.At the same time,a committee of experts is formed,so as to make triangular fuzzy evaluations for relationship between the various factors.Then,the decision-making and testing evaluation laboratory is used to analyze the correlation among these factors,and to obtain the importance weight of each factor.After that,the experts make a fuzzy evaluation about the contribution of each factor for successfully implement GSCM,which based on the actual situation of an enterprise.So that can obtain the contribution rating by multiple criteria decision making（MCDM）.Finally,the importance weights of each factor and the contribution rating are multiplied to obtain the feasible probability value of the final successful implementation of GSCM.
