摘  要:目的探究延续性护理对脑卒中后营养不良患者的影响。方法选取2013年8月-2015年6月脑卒中后营养不良患者60例,随机分成对照组和实验组各30例。对照组实施一般护理干预,实验组在对照组基础上实施延续性护理干预,比较2组患者营养指标和营养状况。结果2组甘油三酯、白蛋白、血红蛋白、上臂肌围值均升高,而实验组各项营养指标均明显高于对照组;干预3个月及6个月后,实验组营养状况明显好于对照组。结论脑卒中后营养不良发生的因素是多方面的,延续性护理干预能有效防止脑卒中后营养不良患者营养状况的恶化,改善患者的营养状况。Objective To explore the effect of continuity nursing on the patients with malnutrition after stroke. Methods Sixty stroke survivors with malnutrition between August 2013 and June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 30. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention, while the experimental group was provided with continuity nursing. Both groups were evaluated using the mini nutritional assessment. Results After the intervention , increase was observed in the level of the triglyceride , albumin,hemoglobin and arm muscle circumference for both groups, which in the experiment group was higher that those in the control group. Three and 6 months after the intervention,the nutritional condition of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Various factors can lead to malnutrition after stroke . Continuity nursing can effectively prevent the deterioration of the nutritional status of stroke survivors,and even improve theirnutri tional status.
