摘　　要：目的探讨对高血压脑出血所致瘫痪患者进行社区护理干预的效果。方法选取2014年9月-2015年9月收治的50例因高血压脑出血导致的瘫痪患者,按照入院先后顺序分为普通组25例与治疗组25例,对普通组进行一般护理,治疗组在普通组基础上增加社区护理干预措施。比较2组患者遵医行为情况及生存质量。结果治疗组与人交流、对疾病预后期望、与家属关系、心理情绪状态、皮肤清洁状态评分均明显高于普通组。普通组患者遵医行为各项指标评分均明显低于治疗组。结论针对高血压脑出血所致的瘫痪患者出院后实施社区护理干预措施,可有效提高患者生存质量及遵医行为。Objective To study the effect of community nursing intervention on hypertensive patients with paralysis. Methods Fifty paralysis patients due to hypertension were selected and randomly divided into an ordinary group （n = 25） and a treatment group （n =25）. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the treatment group was additionally provided with community nursing intervention. Patients＇ compliance and life quality were compared between the 2 groups. Results The communitive skills, expectations for the prognosis of the disease, family relationship,psychological and mental state and skin hygiene of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the ordinary group . Conclusions Community nursing intervention can effectively improve the life quality and compliance of hypertension patients with paralysis.
