摘　　要：高校学报作为学术期刊方阵中不可或缺的一员,在交流学术成果、推动学术创新、引领学术研究、培育学术新人等方面有极其重要的作用。高校学报编辑要把握好自己的职业操守,坚守道德底线,坚持学术本位,始终维护学报的社会公信力,以优良的学术品味、乐于服务的奉献精神和为人作嫁的良好工作作风,策划特色栏目,引领学术研究,提升学报与学校的知名度,真正发挥高校学报"学术之光、学界之星、学人之友、学海之舟"的正能量。The university journal is the indispensable of the academic journals and it plays the essential role in exchanging academic achievements,promoting academic innovation and cultivating academic freshmen. The university journal editors should balance their professional ethics,adhere to the moral bottom line,keep the academic standard and maintain the social credibility of the journals. Based on the better academic taste,dedication to give and sacrifice,and good working style,it should plan special column,guide the academic research,promote the credibility of the journal and the university,to exert the positive power of the university journals as ＂Academic Light,Academic Star,Friend of the Scholars and Ship of the Academic Ocean＂.
