摘　　要：滦县地处滦河流域,滦县人民创造了光辉灿烂的滦县文化。滦县文化具有本根性、兼容性、开放性、创新性的特点,在相当长的时期内引领着滦河文化的发展,在中国文化史上有着极其重要的地位。Luanxian County is located in the Luanhe River Basin, and people in Lu-anxian County have created a splendid Luanxian County culture. The Luanxian County culture has such characteristics as essentiality, compatibility, openness and innovation. It has guided the development of the Luanhe River culture over a long period of time and has an extremely important position in the cultural history of China.
