摘 要:近年来我国出台多项政策扶持和推动新能源电动汽车和充电设施的发展,电动汽车充电基础设施迅速发展的同时逐渐暴露出诸多问题,充电机质量和安全问题亟需诊断和解决。基于此,本文通过对电动汽车非车载充电机现存问题调研,结合相关标准深入分析,从非车载充电机功能性、可靠性、易用性、协议一致性、通信信号质量等方面建立非车载充电机综合测评指标体系,并以此为依据研发测试工具。在此基础上,本文对北京市15个品牌的非车载充电机展开实地测评,对实际测试数据分析非车载充电机现存问题,并提出非车载充电机检测监管建议,保障充电基础行业健康可持续发展。Nowadays,there are a number of policies and strategies have been published to promote the construction of the Electric Vehicle(EV) charging infrastructure.Considering the construction of EV charging infrastructure is in the preliminary stage,the performance of EV charger should be tested and evaluated to guarantee quality of it.Accordingly,this paper proposed a comprehensive evaluation indicator system which involves five aspects as functionality,reliability,accessibility,communication protocol conformance,communication signal quality.In addition,this paper established a test system of off-board EV charger to collected the data during the charging between electric vehicle and D.C.charger.Moreover,15 D.C.chargers had been evaluated through the comprehensive evaluation system which provided in the paper.This study provided viable advices to ensure the construction of EV infrastructure construction sustainably.
