安普贴薄膜在防治压疮中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究安普贴薄膜对于压疮的预防作用及对Ⅰ~Ⅱ期压疮的治疗效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年12月我院住院压疮高危患者与Ⅰ~Ⅱ期压疮患者135例,根据入院顺序分为对照组69例与试验组66例。对照组予以常规护理,试验组加用安普贴薄膜护理,对比2组的临床效果。结果:试验组的压疮发生率为2.27%,显著低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05);试验组的Ⅰ~Ⅱ期压疮总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。结论:安普贴薄膜能够有效降低压疮高危患者的压疮发生率,且对于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期压疮具有良好疗效,对压疮的早期预防和治疗具有重要意义。Objective： To study the preventive and curative effect of Algoplaque filmon pressure sore. Methods： 135 cases of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ pressure sore were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015. According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group （ 69 cases） and experimental group （66 cases）. The control group received routine nursing while the experimental group was added with Algoplaque film. The clinical efficacy was compared between the twogroups. Results ： The incidence of pressure sore in the experimental group was 2. 27%, which w25. 00% in the control group （ P 〈0. 05） ; the total effective rate in the experimentahigher than that of 72. 00% in the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Algoplaque film can effectively reduce the incidenceof pressure sore in patients at high risk and exhibit good curative effect on stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ pressure sore .
