摘　　要：看守所在刑事诉讼活动中,不仅对公权力的正确行使,而且对当事人合法权益的保障具有广泛的作为空间。看守所以安全监管、合法监管、合理监管为宗旨。在刑事诉讼过程中,监管民警有权对在看守所内从事司法活动的机关进行监督,有权制止违反监管安全的行为,以充分履行看守所监管职能,保障被羁押人的合法权益,实现程序正义。In Criminal procedure, the detention center can do a lot of useful things, not only to ensure the correct implementation of public power, but also to protect the rights of the litigants of criminal procedure. The duty of the detention center is to achieve these purposes of safety supervision, legal supervision, and reasonable supervision. In Criminal procedure, the supervisors of detention center have the right to supervise the judicial activities, to stop acts of undermining regulatory security, to protect the functions of the detention center, to protect the person in custody power and realize the justice of procedure.
