PFNA治疗老年股骨转子下骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的总结股骨近端防旋髓内钉在老年股骨转子下骨折中的应用体会及疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年3月—2015年9月36例股骨转子下骨折患者的一般资料、手术资料及术后功能恢复情况进行疗效分析。结果所有患者手术顺利完成,手术平均时长为(56.4±4.3)min,术中平均出血量为(87.4±2.7)m L;所有患者均获得满意复位与固定。结论PFNA内固定是一种治疗股骨转子下骨折的有效方法 ,临床应用效果肯定。Objective To summarize the experience and effect of the proximal femoral nail in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The clinical data of 36 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were analyzed retrospectively from March 2013 to September 2015. The general data, operative data and postoperative functional recovery of the patients were analyzed. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, the average length of time was（56.4 ± 4.3）min, the average amount of bleeding was（87.4 ±2.7）m L; all patients were satisfied with the reduction and fixation. Conclusion PFNA internal fixation is an effective method for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
