他克莫司软膏联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究他克莫司软膏联合308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床应用及效果对比。方法整群选择2014年2月—2016年2月该院收治的白癜风患者282例,选择患者双侧对称部位皮损作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方法分成观察组和对照组。对照组单独使用308 nm准分子激光的方法进行治疗,观察组使用他克莫司软膏联合308 nm准分子激光的方法进行治疗,治疗时间为3个月,对比两组治疗后的治疗效果,以及不良反应的发生机率。结果治疗3个月后,观察组的治疗总有效率为96.45%,高于对照组的80.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中观察组和对照组出现烧灼感的几率分别为4.26%(6/141)、5.67%(8/141),出现水疱的几率分别为2.84%(4/141)、4.96%(7/141),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用他克莫司软膏联合308 nm准分子激光的方法治疗白癜风,能够取得理想的临床疗效,不良反应的发生机率较少,具有较高的安全性。Objective To compare the clinical application and effect of Tacrolimus Ointment combined with 302 nm excimer laser in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods Group selection from February 2014 to February 2016 admitted to the hospital 282 cases of patients with vitiligo lesions, choose bilateral and symmetrical parts of patients as the research object, divided into observation group and control group by random methods. The control group used alone 308 nm excimer laser the treatment method, the observation group used Tacrolimus Ointment 308 nm excimer laser treatment, treatment time was 3months after treatment, compared two groups of treatment effect, and adverse reaction The incidence. Results After 3months of treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 96.45%, higher than 80.14% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The course of treatment in the observation group and the control group the probability of burning was 4.26%（6/141）, 5.67%（8/141）, the occurrence probability of water blister were 2.84%（4/141）,4.96%（7/141）, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The method of Tacrolimus Ointment308 nm excimer laser treatment of vitiligo, can obtain the ideal clinical curative effect, less adverse reaction incidence, with high safety.
