摘  要:探讨了肥料增效剂聚-γ-谷氨酸(poly-γ-glutamic acid,PGA)对改进‘无籽椪柑’和‘翡翠柚’果实品质的影响。结果表明,100和200 mg·L-1PGA处理后,‘无籽椪柑’果实的可溶性固形物含量极显著高于CK,果实变甜,内含物质更丰富,单果重极显著高于CK,果实增大,且果个均匀;100 mg·L-1PGA处理后,果实的可滴定酸含量极显著高于CK,果实风味更浓;200 mg·L-1PGA处理后,果实的果皮重极显著高于CK。200和300 mg·L-1PGA处理后,‘翡翠柚’果实的可溶性固形物含量极显著高于CK;200 mg·L-1PGA处理后,果实的Vc含量极显著高于100 mg·L-1PGA处理及CK;300 mg·L-1PGA处理后,果实的可食率极显著高于100 mg·L-1PGA处理及CK,果皮光滑度明显改善。The effect of fertilizer synergist poly-Y-glutamic acid (PGA) on the fruit quality of two Zhejiang citrus varieties ‘ Seedless Ponkan ’ and ‘ Feicui Pomelo ’ was investigated. The results showed the following : ( 1) Soluble solid content and single fruit weight (P〈0.01) were significantly higher in ‘ Seedless Ponkan’ fruits from 100 and 200 mg ·L-1 PGA groups than the control,together with sweeter flavor,richer contents and more uniform size. (2) Also,fruits treated with 100 mg · L-1 PGA had significantly higher amounts of titratable acid than the control,while the peel weight of fruit treated with 200 mg ·L-1 PGA was significantly higher than the control. ( 3) When it comes to ‘ Feicui Pomelo ’,soluble solid contents of its fruit treated with 200 and 300 mg · L-1 PGA were also significantly higher than those from the control,and the fruit weight from 300 mg· L-1 PGA group was higher than those from 100 and 200 mg· L-1 PGA groups. (4) Vitamin C content of its fruits treated with 200 mg· L-1 PGA was higher than those from 100 mg · L-1 PGA and the control. (5) Edible rate of fruits from 300 mg· L-1 PGA group was enhanced than those from 100 mg· L-1 PGA and the control. Overall,PGA improved peel smoothness.
