摘　　要：短体线虫(Pratylenchus spp.)是花生上的重要病原线虫。研究样本采自河北邢台生长不良的花生植株和根际土,经显微形态特征观察和分子生物学特性比较,鉴定为斯克里布纳短体线虫(P.scribneri Steiners)。Nematodes （ Pratylenchus sp p .） are considered important disease-causing pathogens for peanut plants. Plant and soil samples around rhizospheres were collected from poorly looking peanut plants in Xingtai County, Hebei Province, China. Nematodes were isolated from the samples for morphological and molecular biological characterizations. The results indicated that the nematodes were identified as P.scribneri Steiners.
