摘 要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,以广西师范大学、广西民族大学、玉林师范学院学生为调查对象进行调查分析,目的是了解影响大学生健康体育行为的因素,为大学生形成健康体育行为提供理论依据,为学校相关部门和体育教师提供参考依据。结果表明:体育教学、器材设施、体育制度对不同性别学生的健康体育行为影响的差异具有非常显著的意义(P<0.01),运动场所对不同性别学生的健康体育行为的影响也具有差异(P<0.05),课外体育和体育信息对不同性别学生的健康体育行为影响的差异不显著(P>0.05);器材设施、课外体育对不同年级学生的健康体育行为影响的差异具有非常显著的意义(P<0.01);体育教学、运动场所、体育制度和体育信息因素,对不同年级学生健康体育行为影响的差异不具有显著性(P>0.05)。不同年级学生对体质和健康的理解、认知的程度对其健康体育行为影响的差异具有非常显著意义(P<0.01),性别对认知体质和健康的程度对其健康体育行为不产生影响。研究结论:学校的体育环境对不同年级、不同性别的学生的健康体育行为影响程度不同,器材设施是构成学校体育环境的主要因素,大学生对体质和健康概念的理解、认知的程度影响其健康体育行为。By methods of document literature,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper did statistic test and analysis of sports health behavior of students from Guangxi Normal University,Guangxi University for Nationalities and Yulin Normal University to know the factors which influence the sports behaviors of students,to provide theoretical basis for the formation of healthy sports behavior for college students and to provide theoretical direction and reference for relevant authorities of school and gym teachers. The results showed that: Sports teaching,equipment and facilities and sports system on the sports behavior of students from different genders were obviously different. The playground there was no significant for the impacts on the health sports behavior of different genders. Extracurricular sport and sports information were not significant for the impacts on the health sports behavior of different genders. Equipment and facilities,extracurricular sports had a very significant impact on health sports behavior of different grades of students. The playground,sports teaching,sports system and sports information on different grades of students’ health sports behavior of the difference was not significant. Different grades of students on physical fitness,health,and the degree of cognition on the impact of the differences in their healthy sports behavior had a very significant meaning,the effect of gender on cognitive fitness and health was not affected by the degree of physical health. Conclusion: The sports environment of the school was different to the students of different grades and genders,the Equipment and facilities were the main factors that constitute the school sports environment,the understanding of physical fitness,health and the degree of cognition affect their health sports behavior.
