摘  要:单弯管作为管路系统的基本结构,其振动会影响管路系统的使用寿命。为了研究单弯管系统的直管段振动特性,针对管路系统的实用性,参考Davidson单弯管模型采用实验的方法建立单弯管测实验台架。通过改变压力、流量和弯管角度,获得单弯管系统直管段关键部位的应变和振幅变化规律,总结单弯管系统直管段的振动特性。由实验可知:同一工况下,90°单弯管系统直管段中点振幅分别比45°和60°的增大了约22.9%和92.3%;单弯管系统直管段最大应变发生在直管两端固定支撑处,同时直管中点应变也较大;60°单弯管系统直管段关键部位的应变及振幅相对45°、90°的更小,且波动性小,比较稳定,压强变化对其的影响也最小。Single bend as the basic structure of the pipeline system,the vibration will affect the service life of the piping system. In order to study the vibration characteristics of the single elbow system about straight pipe,the method of experiment was adopted to establish the single elbow test system witch based on single elbow model of Davidson. By changing the pressure,flow and bend angle to obtain key parts of the strain and amplitude variation of the single elbow system about straight pipe,and to sum up the vibration characteristics of the single elbow system about straight pipe. According to experiments: at the same conditions,the midpoint amplitude of the 90° single elbow system about straight pipe respectively increased by about 22. 9% and 92. 3% compared with 45° and 60°.The maximum strain of the straight pipe of the single elbow system occurs at the fixed support ends of the straight pipe,and the midpoint strain of the straight pipe is larger; Midpoint amplitude and strain of the 60° Single elbow system about straight pipe is relatively stable and smaller than 45° and 60°,and the effect of pressure variations thereof is minimal.
