摘　　要：为了研究江浙地区民国钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋锈胀开裂时的临界锈蚀深度,按照民国时期钢筋混凝土构件的构造要求,设计8组试验试件进行电化学加速锈蚀试验.分析钢筋锈胀开裂时的混凝土试件表面裂缝分布,对电化学加速锈蚀试验产生的钢筋锈蚀产物和民国钢筋混凝土建筑中钢筋自然锈蚀产物进行X射线衍射定量分析和比较,得出两种锈蚀产物的膨胀系数,求出自然状态下民国钢筋混凝土结构钢筋锈胀开裂时的临界锈蚀深度.结果表明:民国钢筋混凝土结构钢筋锈胀开裂的裂缝最先出现于钢筋在混凝土表面的投影线外边缘上,临界锈蚀深度与钢筋宽度的比值的均值为0.021.Eight reinforced concrete test specimens were designed and made according to the structural requirements of reinforced concrete members in the era of Republic of China for electrochemical accelerated corrosion test in order to analyze the critical corrosion depth of rebar of the Republican Period reinforced concrete structures in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province when concrete cover is cracked due to rebar＇s corrosion expansion.The surface cracks distribution of the specimens was analyzed,and the test rusts from the specimens were compared with the natural rusts from the actual Republican Period reinforced concrete structures with the method of X-ray diffraction quantitative analysis.Results show that the cracks due to rebar＇s corrosion expansion occur on the projection line of the edge of rectangular rebar.The average value of the ratio of the critical corrosion depth and the width of the rectangular rebar was achieved as 0.021 for the actual Republican Period reinforced concrete structures.
