简易树脂锚杆安装器的应用

摘　　要：根据巷道顶板支护实践,传统树脂锚杆支护安装流程较为复杂,作业劳动强度大、安装过程较为危险。以归来庄金矿为工程背景,对树脂锚杆安装器进行优化改进,详细介绍了简易树脂锚杆安装器的安装流程、改进措施及使用效果。工程实践表明:自制锚杆旋转安装器大大降低了锚杆施工过程中工人劳动强度和作业时间,提高了支护效率与质量,降低了生产成本,简化了操作工艺,为企业降本增效发挥了作用。According to the practice of the roadway roof support,the traditional resin bolt mounting process is too complex,and the labor intensity and the mounting process are dangerous.The paper took Guilaizhuang gold mine as the engineering background,renovated the resin bolt mounting device,and introduced in detail the installation of the simple resin bolt mounting device,the renovation measures and the application effect.Engineering practice shows that the homemade rotation bolt mounting device can greatly reduce the labor intensity and operation time in the mounting process,improving supporting efficiency and quality while reducing production cost and simplifying installation process.The device contributes to the cost-effective strategy of enterprises.
