摘　　要：目的:探讨铁负荷对重型β-地中海贫血患者生存质量的影响。方法:以58例采用造血干细胞移植术治疗重型β-地中海贫血患儿为研究对象,根据患儿(铁负荷)SF水平分为对照组28例(SF>1 000 ng/ml)和观察组30例(SF≤1 000 ng/m L),对比两组患儿移植术后1年的生存质量,并对比两组患儿的生存质量评分与中国常模差异。结果:造血肝细胞移植术后,患者的整体生存质量评分与中国常模水平差异不显著;观察组患儿的生存质量评分显著低于对照组和中国常模水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患儿的生存质量评分与中国常模水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的身高、体重低于对照组,身材矮小和体重低下人数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铁负荷可降低重型β-地中海贫血患儿移植术后生存质量,移植术后需接受规律的祛铁治疗,改善远期治疗效果,提高生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of iron overload on the quality of the Mediterranean anemia in patients with severe β-survival. Method In 58 cases the use of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for treatment of severe β-Mediterranean anemia in children for the study,according to children（ iron overload） SF level,they were divided into a control group of28 patients（ SF 1 000 ng/ml） and observation group of 30 patients（ SF≤1 000 ng/ml）,to compare two groups of children 1year after transplant quality of life,to compare two groups of children and the quality of life score and Chinese norm. Results Hematopoietic cell transplantation liver,the patient＇s overall quality of life score and the Chinese norm level was not significantly different; the quality of life of children in the observation group scores were significantly lower than the control group and the Chinese norm level,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,the quality of life of children in the control group score and Chinese norm level was no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; the height of children in the observation group,body weight than the control group,the number of short stature and low body weight was higher,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Iron overload can reduce anemia in children with severe β-Mediterranean quality of life after transplantation,transplant recipients need to receive treatment remove iron law,to improve the long-term effects of treatment and improve quality of life.
