摘　　要：文中通过对"无车承运人"相关政策的解读,结合文中作者多年的物流公共信息平台工作经验,举例分析了目前我国第三方物流公共信息平台的发展困境,提出"无车承运人"是物流公共信息平台发展的新机遇,并进一步探讨物流公共信息平台开展"无车承运人"业务的要点,对推动我国第三方物流公共信息平台的发展具有重要参考价值。This article through the study of “ car free carrier” policy and combined with my years of working experience in logistics public information platform, then take some example to analyze the current difficulties and opportunity in developing the third party logistics public information platform. And this article discussed the logistics information platform how to carry out the “car free carrier” business field, which has important reference of the development of a large number of logistics information platform.
