模糊综合评价法在西非国家国内快递行业的应用研究

摘　　要：快递行业被很多国家看作是推动国家经济发展的重要行业,在评价快递行业时应考虑到很多因素以便建立评价指标体系。文中利用层次分析法对各要素进行定量分析,再对三个西非国家快递行业的状况进行模糊综合评价,在此基础上对西非国家发展快递业提出政策建议。As component of the Express delivery domain, Domestic express sector is regarded as one of the most important industries that contribute in the development of a country’s economy. The evaluation of this sector requires to consider many factors to establish an evaluation index system. In this paper,we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to make quantitative analysis of the various factors, and then apply the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to three West African countries Express delivery industry in order to make an accurate evaluation. On the basis of those results, we try to bring out some pieces of advice such as building more conventional roads and increasing the number of transportation means.
