乳腺癌病人创伤后成长与一般自我效能感、领悟社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨乳腺癌病人创伤后成长与一般自我效能感、领悟社会支持的相关性。[方法]选用一般情况调查表、创伤后成长量表(Posttraumatic Growth Inventory,PTGI)、一般自我效能感量表(General Self-efficacy Scale,GSES)、领悟社会支持量表(Perceived Social Support Scale,PSSS)对102例乳腺癌病人进行问卷调查。[结果]乳腺癌病人PTGI得分为67.81分±15.49分,GSES得分为27.63分±7.39分,PSSS得分为67.97分±11.08分。乳腺癌病人GSES得分、PSSS得分与PTGI得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。回归分析显示,乳腺癌病人GSES得分对PTGI得分有一定的预测作用(R^2=0.165,F=14.365,P<0.05)。[结论]一般自我效能感与领悟社会支持对提升乳腺癌病人的创伤后成长有着积极意义。医护人员应关注病人的心理变化,采取有效措施鼓励病人以积极的心态自我调适,为病人更好地融入社会创造条件,促进病人自我效能感与领悟社会支持的提升。Objective：To probe into the correlation between posttraumatic growth and general self-efficacy,perceived social support in patients with breast cancer.Methods：A total of 102 cases of breast cancer patients received a questionnaire survey with general situation questionnaire,Posttraumatic Growth Inventory（PTGI）,General Self-efficacy Scale（GSES）,Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS）.Results：PTGI score in breast cancer patients was 67.81±15.49,GSES score was 27.63±7.39,and PSSS score was 67.97±11.08.The GSES score and PSSS score were positively correlated with PTGI score（P0.05）.Regression analysis showed that breast cancer patients＇ GSES score could predict PTGI score（R^2=0.165,F=14.365,P0.05）.Conclusion：General self-efficacy and perceived social support had positive effects on the promotion of post-traumatic growth of breast cancer patients.The staff should pay attention to the psychological changes of patients,to take effective measures to encourage patients to take a positive attitude to self adjustment create conditions for patients to better integrate into the society to promote the patients to enhance the sense of self-efficacy and perceived social support.
