摘 要:针对时下使用溶胶增加抗真菌功能的鞋材普遍存在黄变现象的情况,使用溶胶凝胶法掺杂有机、无机(银系)抗真菌成分制备出的抗真菌溶胶,采用浸轧整理工艺对织物进行抗真菌整理,通过选定不同的预烘温度、预烘时间、焙烘时间、焙烘温度进行正交试验,探索抗真菌整理工艺对鞋材白度的影响,得出对鞋材白度的影响最大的是焙烘时间,且采用"低温长时"的预烘工艺及"高温短时"的烘焙工艺,对鞋材白度的影响较小。In view of the current common yellowing appearance of the shoe materialwith antifungal function using the sol,the orthogonal combination experiment was done with different pre -heating temperature, pre-heating time, heating temperature and heating time, using the antifungal sol made by sol- gel method, in which the organic and inorganic (silver system) antifungal ingredients were doped, and the fabric by the method of padding finishing process, to research the Influence of the antifungal finishing process to the whiteness of the shoe material. These conclusions were obtained that the heating time was the largest impact on the whiteness of the shoe material in the antifungal finishing process, and the pre-heating process of “long time with low temperature” and the heating process of “ short time with high temperature} were beneficial to keep whiteness of the shoe material.
