摘 要:随机选用1日龄480只AA肉仔鸡为试验动物,分成四组,每组6个重复。对照组日粮中不添加植物精油,试验组日粮分别添加不同剂量植物精油,饲养42 d后对试验肉仔鸡脏器指数、血清激素含量和抗氧化指标进行检测分析。试验结果显示,植物精油对肉仔鸡心脏、肝脏、肌胃指数影响差异不显著(P>0.05);对血清激素T3有一定的调节作用;显著影响血清中SOD、T-AOC含量(P<0.05)(试验组Ⅱ除外),对MDA含量呈随剂量增加而降低的趋势。综合分析得出结论:植物精油对肉仔鸡内脏发育无不良影响,可以提高机体的抗氧化功能,对甲状腺激素分泌有一定的促进作用。We randomly selected 480 AA broilers of one day old, divided them into 4 groups, and each group had six repeats. The control group had no essential oil, other groups were added three levels of essential oil in diets. After feeding 42 d some indexes were measured,such as the percentage of heart, liver and gizzard, hormone and antioxidant indexes in serum. The results of experiment showed that:essential oil had no significant effect on the percentage of heart, liver and gizzard(P〉0.05); it had a certain regulating effect on T3, but had significant effect on SOD and T-AOC in serum(P〈0.05),and the content of MDA was decreased. Above all, essential oil had no adverse effect on the development of the organ of broilers, and could improve the antioxidant fuction of the body, and it also enhanced the production of T3.
