摘　　要：苏北振兴是江苏省委、省政府提出的重大战略决策,对江苏省经济实力的全面提升,实现"两个率先"的发展目标具有重要意义。文章阐述了沿海开发与苏北振兴一体化发展的背景,分析了沿海开发与苏北振兴一体化发展的驱动机理,在此基础上提出了沿海开发与苏北振兴一体化发展对策。The development of north Jiangsu is the strategy formulated by the provincial Party committee and government together. It is of vital importance for the total enhancement of economic power, and taking the lead in completing the process of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects and basic realization of modernization. This paper introduces the background, analyzes the driving mechanism, and proposes the strategy for future development.
